You’ve got questions? We’ve got answers!

  • Because we wanted more than just one evening of small talk and a chicken entrée. We wanted a full-blown, weekend-long hangout where we could actually spend time with the people we love (you!). After a few years of canceled plans, missed hugs, and too many Zoom calls, this is our chance to make up for lost time, and make s’mores while we’re at it.

  • As much as we’d love a revolving door of guests à la musical chairs, this weekend is meant to be an all-in adventure. We’ve planned it like a mini vacation, and we hope everyone can join us for the full ride. That said, if you can’t or don’t want to—no hard feelings.

  • Basketball, tennis, pickleball, hiking, swimming, yoga... plus a few surprise moments of structured silliness. Basically, something for every vibe, whether you're Team Sweat or Team Lounge.

  • Three words: buffet, vegetarian options, and open bar. All meals are included, and Saturday night dinner will be served outdoors in Town Square with assigned seating. Other meals will be buffet-style in Caldwell Lodge—eat inside or out, at a table or with your new best friend from the yoga class.

Snacks, coffee, tea, and lemonade will be flowing all weekend. And yes, the bar opens at 5:00pm both nights. Because hydration comes in many forms.

Stone Creek Village uses sustainable and organic ingredients whenever possible, and you don’t need to bring any food or drink (though a refillable water bottle is a great idea).

If you’re bringing something that needs to be refrigerated, just let us know and we’ll hook you up with fridge access.

  • We’ve got you. Just let us know on your RSVP form and we’ll make sure the menus are built with your needs in mind. No surprise dairy. No rogue gluten.

  • Think "camp counselor by day, wedding guest by night."

✔️ Activewear for daytime games and hikes

✔️ Colorful Cocktail attire for the Saturday evening ceremony

✔️ Swimsuit + pool float if you're fancy

✔️ Layers (it gets chilly at night!)

✔️ Flashlight (we’ll give you one per cabin, but bring extras if you tend to wander)

✔️ Reusable water bottle (hydration = key)

✔️ Footwear that can handle redwood paths and the dance floor

Friday night: Fun and funky western.

    Saturday until 4pm: sporty/spandex welcome.

Saturday after 4pm: dresses, suits, dancing shoes.

    Sunday morning: cozy and comfy.

  • Let’s just say: limited. There’s one WiFi zone on the property, and we’ll provide a treasure map if you really need to check the Arsenal score or the group chat memes. But our hope? You’ll be too busy playing pickleball, roasting marshmallows, and toasting champagne to care. Neither of us love small talk but we do want our worlds to merge so let’s try to talk to each other.

  • We don't know but hopefully some of the Texas relatives will feel more at home!

  • We kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony. We are working with an amazing photographer and they will be there to capture everything. Feel free to take as many pics and vids during the welcome party and reception!

  • We got you! Check out our mood boards to help you look your best (click here for link). Of course, everything is suggested, but in the words of Chappell Roan “BE FUN AND TRY!”

  • Right?! They are so cute! David’s good friend, Alex Chavez, put them all together for us. He’s a super talented tattoo artist, and you can find him at @tattoo.chavez on Instagram. Any takers for a group matching tattoo post-wedding?
