Camp Kelly & David-You're Invited!
We’re trading ballrooms for redwoods and hosting our entire wedding weekend at a summer camp in the Santa Cruz mountains! Think: swimming pool, sports field, hiking loops, redwood amphitheater, dining hall, campfire vibes, and enough games and activities to make your inner camper do a happy dance.
The festivities kick off Friday evening and go strong through Sunday morning. Come for the s'mores, stay for the love. Book your cozy on-site cabin and check out everything we’ve got planned, you won’t want to miss a minute!
We know this isn’t your average "I do" situation, so we’ve packed this site with all the info you need to plan ahead like a pro.
Love,
Your Camp Counselors, Kelly & David
Friday, October 3rd– Welcome to Camp!
Attire: Western Chic (cowboy hats, bolo ties, rhinestones... yes please)
4:00pm – Check-in begins for on-site guests! Please arrive by 6pm so you don't miss the magic (and so we know you're not lost in the woods). Your journey begins in the parking lot, and Stone Creek Village staff will greet you and give you a key to your cabin, a map, and a flashlight. If you need assistance with your bags, or need a ride to you cabin, they will help you like the angels they are. Lawn games (ping pong! corn hole! general chaos!) kick off now.
5:30pm – Follow the music and help us kick-off our weekend in style. Dinner, fun, and maybe an ice breaker or two to help us get to know each other.
9:00pm – Bar closes (boo), but...
10:00pm – The music stops, but the night lives on. Head to Caldwell Lodge for cozy board games, late-night hangs, and whatever snacks you "accidentally" pocketed from dinner.
Saturday, October 4th– Wedding Day
Attire:
🕘 Before 4:00pm: Whatever you want, athleisure, onesies, bathing suits, it’s your moment.
🕓 After 4:00pm: Bright & bold cocktail attire. Fancy, but make it forest-friendly. There will be some unpaved roads around the cabins and ceremony.
8:00–9:30am – Breakfast in Caldwell Lodge. Fuel up for the active, emotional, and stylish rollercoaster ahead.
9:00–3:00pm – Choose your adventure: Hike through the redwoods, shoot some hoops, play in the pool, or hit the pickleball court like it's your Olympic debut.*
9:30–10:30am – Yoga at The Schoolhouse *timing may change
10:00–2:00pm – Open pool time, bring your sunscreen! A lifeguard will be present to ensure all pool rules are enforced. No running!
12:00–1:30pm – Lunch at Caldwell Lodge. Again: inside or out, mingle or bunker down, it’s all fair game.
3:00–4:00pm – Glam time! Freshen up, fancy up, cry a little if you need to.
4:00pm – Head to the redwood amphitheater and take your seat. The forest is ready. Are you?
4:30pm – Wedding ceremony begins. Bring tissues. Possibly sunglasses (for sun and tears). Make sure you’ve proof read your vows. Oops that was for us.
5:00pm – Cocktail hour! Raise a glass, nibble a snack, hug someone.
6:00–10:00pm – Reception time! Dinner, dancing, questionable dance moves, and twinkle lights. Let's party.
*Note: You’re also welcome to sit in a swing and gossip, wander the woods, read a book, or do absolutely nothing. We’ll be delighted either way. Schedule subject to fun enhancements.
Sunday, October 5th The Long Goodbye
Attire: Athletic/Comfortable (think brunch meets cooldown)
8:30–10:00am – Final breakfast in Caldwell Lodge. Your last chance to hike the redwood loop, perfect your cornhole aim, or reclaim your ping pong crown.
9:30am – Final goodbye in the lodge. We kindly ask that you not miss this
11:00am – Check-out time. Place your cabin key in the “key bucket” at Caldwell Lodge (yes, it's a real bucket). Staff will help you with your bags and give you one last approving smile.
